Address Book/Contacts
AddressBookToCSV...AddressBookToCSV is a one trick pony whose purpose in (artificial) life is to export contacts from the Mac OS X Address Book. That form is called CSV, a comma separated value format.
eMail Extractor...a very powerful tool to extract email addresses from all kind of files. Retrieves all valid email addresses from any file and generates an output file with only good and well formatted emails without duplicates. $20

JABMenu...Utilize your Mac OS X Address Book data through a system-wide menu. The application provides quick access to your contacts' phone numbers, email, and postal addresses. Selecting a menu item will trigger an action such as displaying the content in large type, copying it to the clipboard, creating a new email, dialing the phone, or showing an address on a map using the Google Maps service.
TapDex...(freeware) one-tap access to your Address Book contacts. When Entourage 2004 is synced to the Address Book and set as your default email application, clicking on the email address in TapDex, opens a new email in Entourage. It's quick and simple to use.
Auto-enter text and auto-correct typos applications similar to Office's auto correct feature but works in all applications.
Typinator...Typinator is an automatic text software that boosts your productivity and eliminates errors by automating the process of inserting frequently used text and graphics and auto-correcting typing errors. From the makers of PopChar X and Keycue.
TypeIt4Me...Preferences panel that is used to insert text. Also used to trigger AppleScripts with your abbreviations instead of reaching for a menu or pressing obscure keyboard combinations.
SpellCatcherX...a spell checker plus auto completion feature finishes what you're typing for you. Useful for those that write in multiple languages.
CopyPaste + yType...CopyPaste is a multiple clipboard utility which now includes yType.
TextExpander...SmileOnMyMac‘s auto text software. If you are familiar with Peter Maurer, the developer of Butler you‘ll want to try out TextExpander.
Backup
SuperDuper!...backup software that allows you to revert to a previous version if update is problematic.
Email Backup...Email Backup is an easy to use, automated email backup solution. It allows for scheduled backups of the most common email applications through the configuration of a simple interface. (freeware)
DEVONthink...imports Entourage messages using a script into DEVONthink and stores them as RTF documents. Use DEVONthink Professional with ThinkArch for additional options for archiving Entourage messages to DEVONthink.
eMessage Archiver (eMA)...A Macintosh email archiving system, for several email and newsgroup applications. Saves in a FileMaker database. Uses a free runtime version of FM or you can use with the commercial FM. Shareware: $15
Entourage Email Archive X... (EEA X) is an utility for archiving emails and attachments you have received or sent.
Cache Cleaners
FontNuke...A FREE tool for removing font cache files on Mac OS X. Removes system font caches, Adobe font caches (*.lst), and Microsoft Office font caches. If it prompts you to click the button for "Quit All Apps" just quit them manually.
Leopard Cache Cleaner... from Northern Softworks. LCC does a lot more than just clean caches. ClamAV antivirus built in. Another product by Northern Softworks that makes using Entourage and other Mac applications easier is ClipDoubler.

Calendar

Files
FileChute...makes sending large files easy. FileChute works best with a .Mac account, configuration is super easy. But since not everyone has a .Mac account, FileChute also works great with other FTP or WebDAV-accessible web server.
Interarchy... (formerly Anarchy – by the authors of Internet Config). This application is primarily a powerful FTP client application but amongst many other features, it provides you with an easy user interface to monitor about anything you can monitor regarding network traffic on your Mac.
