How to subscribe to the Microsoft Entourage newsgroup:
- In the Entourage Folders list, click on the Microsoft News Server. The newsgroup list will then download.
- In the list of newsgroups, click the newsgroup you want (the Entourage group is microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage), and then click Subscribe button. Please note some of the newsgroups on the complete list are not active.
- Now click on the microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage newsgroup which has just appeared in your Folder List on the left, under the Microsoft News Server icon. Your quota of message headers will download. (You can change the number of headers in Tools/Accounts/News/Microsoft News Server/Options). Starting with Entourage 2008, Spotlight search of the newsgroup in Entourage is a great way to quickly find answers.
- Click on any header to download and read news messages. Click the New button to start a new thread.

Access the newsgroup through the Mactopia interface (still a work in progress)
