Make Font Larger for PC Mail
Use one of the following incoming mail rules:

This Rule will also correct the display of certain characters like apostrophe appears as comma, start quote appears as a double comma, end quote appears as percent, hyphen appears as tilde.
Rule: Character Set
Assign categories to the senders in your address book who use Windows-based computers to send and receive e-mail, or use the Criterion in the Increase text size rule below. Then, go to Entourage (or Edit) -> General Preferences. Click on the Address Book tab, then check the option to "Automatically apply sender's categories to messages".
