Public Folders
- Getting the folder list can be very slow if you have a bunch of them.
- The list of public folders is not saved, it is downloaded every time you click on the top level public folders container.
- In light of the above points, you will want to download the list as infrequently as possible. You can subscribe to your favorite public folders in Entourage and then you don't have to download the list again. Subscribed folders in Entourage are not added to Outlook public folders Favorites list, nor the other way around.
