GAL 2004
- If you are getting blank e-mails back in Entourage GAL searches, it may be because there is no e-mail address associated with the account in Active Directory. Get your admin to take a look in Active Directory and see if there is an e-mail account associated with the account in the General tab.
- Users now access the Global Address List by going to the Address Book and selecting it in the Views list.
- If you have blank or incorrect addresses:
- you can populate them in the contact information for a personal (what you see in the "General" tab of the "Account Properties" in Active Directory Users & Computers), or there may be a problem with your Exchange server's Recipient Update Service (RUS).
