Office installers do not include an uninstall feature. You can stuff or archive as zip file to easily revert to a previous install.
Not all Office applications are updated each time. For example, after applying the 11.3.9 updater, Entourage will still show 11.3.6. To understand how this works and to know if you are updated see “Confused over Microsoft Update Version numbers?“
