Customize Entourage 2008

In this example, you will see number of unread messages after some folders. The ones without a count are root folders and this allows me to have access to the subfolders without over crowding. I use the @ sign to reorder some of my folders alphabetically. BTW, the count in the newsgroup messages is almost always wrong. It's a bug that needs to be addressed.

How to access customize toolbar:

Each window has it's own set of tools. Be sure to customize all of your windows. (Mail view, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, Project Center, Individual email window)
